Shipping and Returns
Shipping times may vary from what you are shown in the shopping checkout cart. Due to COVID and other unforeseen issues from carriers, delays may occur. When there are high volumes or backorders your shipment may be delivery. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any related issues.
All DriveForce purchases ship within 3-5 Business Days. Expedited shipping is also available, which is 2-3 Business Days. Unfortunately, we don’t ship on Saturdays or Sundays (yet)!
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International shipping is not yet offered. Currently only shipping in the USA.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of reaching your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our hydration mixes – if you are unhappy with your purchase for some reason, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to get your pre-paid return label.
Purchases of bottles, t-shirts or other branded merchandise are non-refundable except when the product is defective (please provide images!)
